The following table shows the week still standing in the color green. All rates are in EUROS. A week starts on a Friday from 16.30 pm and ends at the next Friday at 9.30 am.
Pool
· The pool is availabel from 17 May to 13 September.

Included
· Normal use of energy and water etc.
· Electricity, max. 300 kWh a week, by usage more then 300 kWh we charge € 0,20 a kWh
· The wood near the fireplace is included, extra wood € 4,00 per crate.
Exclusive
· Tax 3% rental price
· End cleaning: € 120.00 per stay
· Pets, only one small pet allowed: € 40.00
· Sheets and towels are not included, you have to take sheets and towels with you.
For each reservation, a deposit of €150,00 will be charged, after checking the house and not finding any damages this amount will be deposit to your account.Payment: 50% upon reservation and the remaining 50% at least five weeks before arrival.
